Terms and conditions

These terms cover the Loyanta website, the merchant dashboard, and the loyalty cards. By creating an account or starting a trial, you agree to them.
The service
Loyanta provides digital loyalty cards that customers keep in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. A merchant designs the card, shares a QR code, and awards or redeems a visit from the till.
Your account
You need an account to run a program. Keep the login details private, and make sure the information you give us is accurate. You are responsible for what the people on your team do with the account.
Trial and payment
A new merchant account includes seven days free. Nothing is due during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends. After the trial, the plan you chose is billed per location, monthly or annually. Nigerian accounts pay with Paystack. Accounts in other countries pay with Stripe. Loyanta does not store your card number. Tax may be added where it applies.
Your customers
The people who join your card are your customers. Loyanta does not sell their details. You decide what the card asks for, and you are responsible for the notices you show them, including your privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use Loyanta to break the law, to send messages people did not agree to receive, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend an account that does.
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
Adding a card depends on Apple and Google. Their own terms apply to the wallet on the phone. Loyanta does not control those wallets.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the date of the current version. If you keep using Loyanta after an update, the new terms apply.
